John Martindale, CEO of Brothers Services,
began his construction career as a high school student in
Houston, Texas in the 1970’s, working summer construction
jobs. During the first half of the 1980’s John worked
as a project manager for an Austin, Texas remodeling company.
John joined Brothers in 1986 and ascended to the presidency
of the Company in 1995. Through John’s vision and hard
work, the Company was transformed from a small roofing company
to one of Maryland’s most well respected construction
and remodeling companies. Decades later, John maintains his
passion for construction, but now has the privilege of combining
that with his love of nurturing and building an organization
that is able to consistently deliver on the foundational
premises on which the business was founded:

As one of the founders of Brothers, John was integral in
helping to shape the Company from the beginning and maintains
a passion for constantly finding ways to help the Company
become better. John has been married to his best friend Diane
since 1980, and they have five adult children.
He is an avid golfer, cyclist and a private (instrument rated)
pilot. John has a passion for lifelong learning, reflected
in his attainment of an MBA from Loyola University in 2004,
while simultaneously navigating the Company through a period
of unprecedented growth and expansion. |
