Controller

As Controller. Mike is responsible for cash management, credit policy, bank and bonding relationships, financial statements, insurances, fringe benefit plans, and supervision of accounting and treasury functions. With a BS in accounting and MBA in Finance from Loyola, his CPA certificate, and 12 years construction experience, Mike works to separate Brothers from the competition with honor and integrity.

Treasurer

Kevin is responsible for billing and collection coordination, credit management and managing Brother's financing programs. With 30 years of accounting experience, expertise in Timberline accounting software, and Towson State University accounting training, Kevin not only brings expertise, but uses his strong interpersonal skills to listen to customers needs and provide effective financial solutions.

Residential Sales Manager

Jeff is responsible for the management of sales and estimating staff, and new product development. With certifications from ICPI, Certainteed, GAF, Owens Corning, and NFRC, as well as 15 years experience in construction, including engineering inspections, sales, project management and training, Jeff has a tenacity for efficiency, quality, and finding the most innovative products for the pleasure of Brother's clients.

Coordination

For residential homeowners purchasing siding, gutters, windows and doors, Joe is responsible for coordinating management, crews, materials, and scheduling to produce an expedient, efficient and superior quality job. With training in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the University of Texas, master certifications from Certainteed and GAF in shingles, siding and weatherboards, and project management of custom homes, Joe adds a heart commitment to "wow" Brother's customers.

Masonry Manager

As Manager of the Masonry division, Bob is responsible for meeting with customers, determining their needs, estimating, preparing budgets, and communicating with office and crews. With 32 years of masonry experience, including concrete footers, driveways, slabs, sidewalks, foundations, brick, stone and fireplaces, Bob uses his expertise and good communication to produce quality work and satisfied customers.

Commercial Low Slope Manager

George oversees the commercial division sales and production. He has experience roofing various malls and old buildings, not only in project management, but also with considerable field experience as an installer. George loves to give customers a quote, and then see how they love the work, once it is done.

Metal Retrofit Manager

As manager of the metal retrofit Commercial Roofing division, Chuck trains personnel, provides financial projections and organizational management. Chuck is a Licensed Professional Engineer in 9 states, with a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University, and memberships in NRCA, ASCE, RCI, NSPE. With over 35 years of metal roofing design and construction, installing 25 million square feet of metal roofs, Chuck is a master at converting flat roofs that leak into a sloped roof that doesn't.

Landscape & Golfscape Manager

Chad manages Brother's landscaping and Southwest Greens divisions. With 15 years landscaping experience, a Landscaping Design and Operations degree from Columbus State Community college, certifications from ICPI, NCMA and Southwest Greens, and membership in PLANET and MNCA, Chad loves providing Brother's customers with fair, attentive, innovative, and trustworthy excellence in landscaping and golf greens.

Office Manager

Sharon is our office manager, who takes care of the people who take care of our customers. With over 15 years background in Human Resources, customer service, and risk management, her favorite task is still to assist customers and give them a reason to smile when they call Brothers.

Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Ira is responsible for Brothers corporate marketing, including all current print advertising, and various media purchases. Ira has an extensive background in computer generated graphics, including e-commerce and web development, with over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing and business management.

As manager of WDS&G, David oversees multiple facets of exterior improvement. With 21 years of experience ranging from custom home construction to sales and installation management of home improvement products, David is committed to providing an informed, positive and quality experience for our customer.
