We made a decision many years ago to not promise more than we can deliver. Historically, most warranty-related issues will occur in the first year as the newly installed product goes through the changing seasons. Even so, we provide a standard 10 year workmanship warranty, as well as the manufacturer's warranty covering the materials. In many cases we have relationships with manufacturer's which allow us to offer extended warranties that aren't available to other contractors, that are backed by the manufacturer.
Ultimately, what makes our warranties superior to others is that Brothers stands behind its work. We've been around for over 20 years and plan on being here for many years to come We've always stood behind our warranties and always will.
